Corrections will take place even though the longer-term view seems to be continuing the theme from the first half. It is even feasible that the recent trend correction will lead the market to believe that the crisis is over.
Although the US Dollar is now declining, a comeback bounce in stocks and bonds is expected. Even as the 30-year ultra rises to 160 or higher, the S&P 500 may rise up to over 4200. The DXY may gradually return to the 100 level as well as the multi-year band.
The S&P 500 is not exactly rising from a very significant level, but the price movement and sentiment indicate that the bad days may be in the past, at least for the time being.
