Interchain foundation has recently announced that they will be investing $40 million for furthering their infrastructure and applications. The Interchain Stack is used by various blockchains, namely CometBFT, Cosmos SDK, Cosmos Hub, and IBC protocol.
The creation of new teams that will deal with specifically differentiated duties has also been planned. They will be tasked with either adding to the work of the below-listed teams or they will fulfill their requirements upon further development.
Branded as the core of smart contracts and “EVM compatible blockchains”, CosWasm and Ethermint are two technologies being financially helped by The Internet Commerce Foundation (ICF) for their future progression.
The International Community Foundation (ICF) will be providing financial support and investment for undertakings that not only spur infrastructure change but also the usage of Cosmos. This means coalescing with blockchains such as Polkadot and Hyper Ledger, alongside initiatives of Interchain Developer Academy, the Cosmos Developer Portal, and the Interchain Builders Program.
Despite the setbacks experienced, ICF remains determined in its operations for the year 2023, and is open to the creation of teams for the Builder Program, all the while instructing software developers to employ the ATOM program for a full obtaining of benefits.
