Ripio, an Argentinian crypto company, has created a Visa card in Brazil that allows users to pay in crypto and, in return, receive Bitcoin cashback rewards.
This card will accept all 28 tokens that are listed on the Ripio exchange platform.
The company aims to issue 250,000 new cards named Ripio Card before the end of the year and also wants to reach around one million Brazilian customers to make use of this offer.
As mentioned above, users will receive 5% Bitcoin cashback on all purchases, as they could also choose to pay in fiat money with the same card.
At the moment, Bitcoin cashback will be the only reward for its users. However, for the future, Ripio says that they are looking to offer altcoins as a reward and also aim for the Ripio Card will launch in Argentina by the end of this year.
The card is supposed to be user-friendly, meaning that both experienced and inexperienced users can make use of it.
Currently, the company operates in Mexico, Uruguay, Spain, and Colombia.
